1. What types of hair extensions do you sell?
We offer a variety of quality raw and virgin hair extensions that are 100% unprocessed and unrefined. Our raw hair extensions are from a single donor, and our virgin hair will be launching soon. 

2. Are the hair extensions made from 100% human hair?
Yes, all of our hair extensions are made from 100% human hair.

3. How long do the hair extensions last?
With proper care, the hair extensions can last approximately 5-7 years or longer!

4. What is HD Lace?
It is all we offer because it is the best on the market. High Definition (HD) Lace is the thinnest lace, so it will offer you the most realistic finish after application with little customization required. HD lace is inclusive and can be used on all skin tones.

5. How many bundles do I need?
How many bundles you require varies based on your volume preference, hairstyle, and desired length. On average the number of bundles required is as follows: 

12-14 inches - 2 bundles
16-22 inches - 3 bundles
24-36 inches - 4+ bundles

6. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally to anywhere in the world!

7. How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery is between 3-7 business days depending on your location. Your delivery duration is determined at checkout.

8. How can I check on my order status?
To check your order status, log into your customer profile.

9. Will I receive a tracking number once my order has shipped?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. You may also check the progress of your order on your customer profile. 

10. Is there free shipping available?
Yes, free shipping is available on orders over $500 USD, automatically applied at checkout.

11. What if an item I want is out of stock or not available?

Returns & Exchanges

12. What is your return policy?
For hygienic reasons, all sales are FINAL. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please email us at info@silktresss.com within seven days of receiving your package.

13. Do you offer exchanges or store credit?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@silktresss.com within seven days of receiving your package. Please describe your concerns in detail, and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

 

Product Care

14. How should I care for my hair extensions?
Wash your silktresss with warm water and a moisturizing shampoo. Follow up with a conditioner and cold water. Air dry to maintain shine. Less is more! Avoid heavy products to maintain hair fluidity. 

15. Can I dye or bleach the hair extensions?
Yes, since the extensions are made from 100% human hair, they can be dyed or bleached. If you are looking to dye your hair extensions to platinum blonde or lighter please purchase our raw hair extensions.

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and online payment platforms.

17. Can I pay in my local currency?
