Refunds
For hygienic reasons, all sales are FINAL with the exception of purchases made through Klarna. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please email us at info@silktresss.com within seven days of receiving your package. Please describe your grievances in detail and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Purchases made through Klarna may be returned for a free full within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened/unused for sanitary reasons to qualify for a return. Please email sales@silktresss.com to initiate a refund and for further instructionss. Products may be returned to 3401 Dufferin St. North York, ON M6A 2T9
